# Share projects

Share a project with team members so you can view and edit it together, or let other people open it with a share link.

In Moodio you can share a project with your team, so that you and other members can view and edit the same canvas and see each other's progress in real time.

1. In the project, click **Share** at the far right of the top bar

   You can also go to the projects page on the Moodio home page, click the `···` in the bottom-right corner of a project, and then click **Share**

2. Search for the person by their account email, or pick people from your teams under **Add by team**.

3. Choose their access, **Can view** or **Can edit**, and click **Add** to share the project

4. **Share link**

   - Choose what access the project link gives
   - Choose which tab people land on when they open the link
   - Choose which tabs people can see. A ✅ means they can see that tab.
   - You can also set a password that people must enter to open the link

   When you are done, click **Copy link** next to the link to copy it.

Once the project is shared, it appears right away among the other person's projects.
