Building assets

How to create asset cards

Have the Agent identify assets

You can ask the Agent to identify assets, or click Identify assets at the top right of the script in the script editor. The Agent reads the script, finds the characters, scenes, props, and other assets the script needs, and creates asset cards for them.

The Detect clips and Identify assets buttons at the top right of the script

Using the context, the Agent sorts the assets it finds into types and creates the matching asset cards for you, for example:

  • Scene: A beach, a room, a forest, and so on
  • Character: A little girl, a whale, and so on
  • Prop: Drawing paper, a paintbrush, a telescope, and so on
  • Other: Other creative elements that do not fit the types above

This works well when you already have a complete script or other written content. It quickly turns the creative elements in your text into assets.

Create assets yourself

If you want to decide which assets to create, you can also create asset cards yourself.

In the Assets tab, click Create asset in the left sidebar, then choose the type of asset to create.

You can choose different types of assets to suit your work. If none of the existing types fits, you can also use Add asset type to organize assets the way your project needs.
