Share projects

In Moodio you can share a project with your team, so that you and other members can view and edit the same canvas and see each other's progress in real time.

1. In the project, click Share at the far right of the top bar

   You can also go to the projects page on the Moodio home page, click the ··· in the bottom-right corner of a project, and then click Share

2. Search for the person by their account email, or pick people from your teams under Add by team.

3. Choose their access, Can view or Can edit, and click Add to share the project

4. Share link

   • Choose what access the project link gives
   • Choose which tab people land on when they open the link
   • Choose which tabs people can see. A ✅ means they can see that tab.
   • You can also set a password that people must enter to open the link

   When you are done, click Copy link next to the link to copy it.

Once the project is shared, it appears right away among the other person's projects.
